I haven't used this site for awhile. I guess now I need to be in the 30-somethings group, and the 75+ Pounds To Lost group. LOL I'm still struggling with my weight, but hoping I can really make the lifestyle changes necessary for a big transformation this time. I'm more mature now, more dedicated. There's no time like the present, right? :P

My Goals:
Go to the top of the the steps at Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

Fit into all the sexy lingerie my husband bought me when we were dating.

Wear dresses without my thighs rubbing together.

Shop in the 'regular' department, NOT plus size.

Be a healthier person, physically and mentally.

My Program:
I'm working out 3-5 times a week, weights and cardio. I've been exercising regularly since Feb 09, and I lost 2 inches off my waist in the past 6 weeks. The eating part has been harder, so I'm back here on the site to get some help.

Personal Information:
I'm a hairstylist, mother, wife, and student of life. My hobbies include cooking, photography, reading, and trying not to try so hard.
