The challenges promote a healthy lifestyle and If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs.     Glad you're enjoying the team! I basically just compiled all of the research I've done for myself and my own family. Seemed a shame to not share it, LOL.

    Please, come and join us on the chat thread (Love to get to know you!), and check out the September Challenge thread. You don't have to have a clear plan, you can use the Challenge to define/refine your Paleo nutritional plan (everyone sets their own specific goals).
