Hello! I'm a 30 year old medical/biochemistry graduate student. I got married to the love of my life in November 2018, and I can't wait to get healthy for myself and our future. My husband is the most amazingly supportive man and he deserves a healthy wife! I love yoga, hiking, horseback riding, and kayaking, but since college I haven't made much time for activity. I've been successful with Sparkpeople in the past, and I'm looking for new Sparkbuddies- Add me!

My motivations for losing weight:
-To be able to get pregnant and have a healthy baby
-To be able to get IVF if I need it
-To feel healthier and reduce pain in my joints!
-To ride horses again!
-To feel more confident around others
-To help my career!
-To be able to go shopping easier and enjoy it!


My Program:
When I'm not too active I keep diet to around 1,200 calories per day.

Otherwise I try to get 12,000 steps her day and follow my fitness routine:

Mon: GTX burn
Tues: Yoga
Wed: GTX burn
Thurs: VLT workout
Fri: GTX burn
Sat: VLT workout
Sun: Yoga/rest day

Ive struggled with my weight off and on for what seems like forever, I welcome any support offered! : ) and any advise about juggling college with weight loss would be much appreciated since I'm starting back in January and it's been a long time since Ive been in school!
