Introduction Text I'm in my 50's, looking to lose 30-40 lbs, and I LOVE SparkPeople! I've done four rounds of BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) and now participating in Round 23, BLC23. Go Sapphires! I want to make healthy changes in my life, and that's where SparkPeople and BLC come in - it's easier to stay motivated and focus on your goals when you're having fun!

I want to look good, feel healthy and confident, and have the energy to carry me through my busy days.

1. Eat 5+ freggies per day. 2. Stay in calorie range at least 6 days per week. 3. Walk at least 4 days per week. When ready, begin walk/running. 4. Do yoga or exercise DVDs twice weekly for strength and flexibility. 5. Stay in touch with my Spark buddies for fun and motivation.
