Introduction Text I've been with Sparkpeople for more than 13 years! I can't believe it! It's a way of life - I'm compelled to log my food intake - lol, but my doctor thinks it's great! I hit my goal weight November 2005, briefly, bounced back up & have been fighting ever since. I know my hormones have left my body, plus alot of financial & family stress, which hasn't helped. So, now, in a new phase of life, back in the public workforce, sitting all day & trying to find a way back to health while still making enough money to live on!

I live in Texas, in my 50's, happily married, & have 3 children 26-27-37; 3 grandchildren 9 yr, 14 yr-20 yr, & 2 silly dogs. My husband is self-employed & I am really stressed out from the change of lifestyle after reentering the workforce after being a stay-at-home wife, mother, and business helper all these years.
