Just turned 54, am married (going to be 18 years), have 1 daughter (16), 1 dog (Rosie), 3 cats (Rusty, Shadow and Patches), 4 goldfish (no names lol), and several tropical fish. I have worked as a security guard for 11 years. Was an LPN for 17 years until my back couldn't take the abuse any longer. My Goals:
My long range goal is to reach 150lbs and have a happy attitude towards exercise. Short term goals are to lose1-2 lbs/week, exercise at least 15 minutes/day and develop a healthier diet - first step is to cut out all unhealthy snacks.
