Introduction Text Just changed alittle in here! OK now let me tell you alittle bit about myself! I love the nature, out doors watching the waters. I love sitting out at night just staring at the sky looking at the stars up above , knowing our loved ones are up there and just to talk to them , Maybe I need to ask them what I really want in life, I miss them all deeply, and thats one of the reason why I should talk to my loved ones up in heaven. I am happy with my family but just not happy for me and my life style, I want the angels of love to comfort me when I need them , let them float bundenly, when I am hurting , putting junk down my throat and all that kind of stuff. I love my family to death Id do anything for them ,Thats one of the reasons why I need to take better care of me! I also have pets and inlove with them as well, 2 dogs that are 2 and 1 years old and a girl and a boy, the boys name is comfort and the girl is princess. I now have three kittens, I love animals and pets my dogs and kittens sleep with us all the time and I feel so content with them around us. I feel safe and I feel there love and it is so awsome, I like spending time on the pc on spark talking to friends and helping them , and I need to do the same for me too, but I will never stop helping my spark friends because they mean so much to me too! AAhh my sister inlaw has like 4 cats and one of them have like 5 small babies so cute, you gotta love them all! I have prayers , poems affirmations all over the place just need to believe in them and read them often. My life is a beauty so there is alot of hope for me just because of my girls and hubby is always cheering me on. I have so much who care for me and so much to live for,I just need to let go and let my spirit heal and feel free with myself! and heal her life wounds thats all. I need to just sit back and relax, I have so much in life yet to do, I want my goal met before I get too old lol if you hear what I am saying. as you can see I love angels I believe in all things thats possible of the unknown or known. I have 2 beautiful girls . That are so smart, I have a hubby that cares and I am around positive people, I just need to just sit and think what I want in life ,I have a choice of being unhealthy for the rest of my life and being sick or I have a choice of being healthy , and feeling myself float with my hearts content feeling healthy and happy with friends and family , I am just so sick of feeling sick, I want my spirit healthy and to heal, not worring about everything, I love to take hot baths and meditate and with candles, I love sitting around at a table with candels praying just relaxing to my creator, I just need to do them. theres alot of things I love to do and need to them to get out of this feeling of not doing the right choices in mylife, alls I want is happiness in my life and I sure do deserve it, I want to love me as much as I love all! I want my energy back , I want to just wake up feeling healthy and strong and full of energy. I dont want to sleep my life away I want to see life nature the birds sing snow flakes falling when they do. I love nature I love camping and do like the bush. I love anything to do with the bush and nature, I want to start walking and meditate walking, I want to meditate and get better and look after me for once. You can say that I am wanting to change my life around badly there's only one thing stopping it is my negativity, need to just turn that around and stay positive for now on in my life! and be happy and knowing that I have worked for it as well. I want to love me for this weight and like me for whom I am, I came from my ancestors and im sure they where warm and gentle like I am. I need to love me to lose weight first I can be at 100 pounds and still not be happy its my self esteem and I need to work on it fully. You dont need to be 100 pounds to be loved and to love yourself right! just need to eat better exercise, walk and it will work its self out at the end, they say work first then reward later you will not regret it later on in years, its our health, Our family and friends need us! pounds dont take the beauty out of us and also our hearts. and our gentle ways and loving and caring to whom needs it the most , any race any size rich poor I just love them all we are all here from God and serve a perpose in life, so we should full it out with happiness and shalt not judge , just help whom you can. and you will be blessed even more in bunches! I love God I love you I love myself I love my family I love everybody! Just remember whats left to do in our life lets live it happy and no worries just relax and let our creator do the rest! I just want everyone to know what my feelings are and about my life alittle just to let you know some what of it! I just wish I could save all people and pets animals and all, just wish just wish! no one should be hurt from anyone and no one is perfect just remember that! My heart sorrows for others that are hurting. no one should hurt anyone , just love one another! trust me I feel you and I feel it strongly I am gifted to help people and I am going to continue to heal them till I am in this loving earth. I love to laugh make people laugh I love huggin and being sentimentle with my family, I love to smile and see others smile! I love spark and all my spark friends they changed my life! thank you so much to all my spark friends you are just like family to me. and I dont regret finding spark! I am a spiritual person 100% and believe in the native tradition ways. you dont need to go to church to believe in god or our creator, just talk to him where ever you go he will listen, even if you dont think he is, but I still believe in the churches. Just dont go to them often, I now go to gospel church and I am born again christian and not perfect! and dont attend to be one as well! I am learning and will always learn something new about it too. that I know and I am going to go for bible studies as well! heres alittle of me! Thanks for listening from the top of my heart! I love poems and l love to write! spiritangel Set your sights high the higher the better. Expect the most wonderful things to happen, not in the future but right now. relise that nothing is too good. Allow absolutely nothing to hamper you or hold you or hold you up in anyway. Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I May not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow them. We are the warriors of light. With the force of our love and our will we can change our own destiny and that of many other people. You never know what great things you can do until you try ~ really try Nothing We Can’t Handle No matter what distressing times I face, When rain and storms replace the sunny weather, When things I counted on fail to sustain me, There’s nothing we can’t handle, Lord, together. If those I thought were friends act more like foes, If I start to lose the things I hold most dear, I know that I can tell it all to You; You want to listen to me and to hear. When my earthly world dissolves before my eyes, When problems seem too great for me to bear, You’ll always be there for me, Lord, I know; I can come to you on bended knees in prayer. It’s such a comfort, Lord, to realize, You’ll always be my King, my Lord, my Friend; To share my burdens, worries, and my cares, You’ll love me and support me to the end.

A PRAYER FOR WEIGHT LOSS Father God, I come to you in the precious name of jesus that you will perform a mirculous healing in my life concerning my desires to lose weight. Thank you Lord that nothing is impossible with you and that you can help take away my desire to overeat, and fill the voids within me that cause me to seek food as a substitute. Lord, touch my mind right now, help me to see what causes me to overeat, give me a strong desire to want to take care of my body and see it as you Lord. help me to make the right food choices and touch my mind with creativity concerning food and what I eat. May I be restored to divine health again. As I strive to do this Lord, please bless all within me-my cells, and my metabolism- that they will function properly so I can lose the weight. and let me take it one day at a time and not worry about anythi
