Staying Positive
There are a lot of ups and downs on this difficult journey and quite often I let them get the best of me. But the spirit is willing to keep on trying so I challenge myself every day to do a little better than the day before. Some days I am successful and some days not so much. But I will never give up or stop working towards achieving a consistently healthy life style.

1) to eat healthier
2) to exercise daily
3) to stay positive
4) to do the best I can
5) to keep at it, no matter what
My Program:
I will stay positive and keep trying; track my food intake every day, walk every day and do my strength exercises at least three times a week.
Personal Information:
I'm a wife and mom who finally has time to do what's right for me! I've been married 44 years and have three grown children and 3 grandchildren. I want to get healthy so I can be around to watch my grandchildren grow up.

I'm an avid reader, love movies and reality TV shows.

Merry Christmas.
A report says Obesity and Diabetes are the conditions making Covid 19 deaths prominent. Also, people who have Type A blood, who are bald and over 65. Low Vitamin D is another factor.
