I signed up on SP in June of 2007... I think. I had great plans for a summer of weight loss that never really happened. Towards the middle of October 2007 I came back and I've been addicted ever since!

Well, I completed a VERY drawn out version of Hal Higdon's Half Marathon Training. Here's what I did:

My Program:
I'm just going to try and stay within my calorie limits by limiting portion size and stopping grazing. I've completed the Couch to 5K program and now I'm moving on to Hal Higdon's Half Marathon training. I'll be modifying it to take it a little slower!
