I have raised two wonderful young men, have a wonderful family and friends - a job I enjoy - but have neglected myself for years, divorce, accident, surgery - all equal weight gain so now I am putting me first and its time to get healthy and strong and live the second half of my life.

Fitness Minutes: 4,756

My Goals:
I want to be able to walk 2-5 miles again, I want to improve my back and knee pain, I want to feel comfortable that I will fit into any chair I might have to sit in.

My Program:
I have awful arthritis so I am working the recumbent bike and am able to do 15 miles/60 minutes - goal is to do that 5 days a week along with some upper body weights and some ab and resistence band workouts.
No more junk food, just cutting back to start on all food, eating more fruits and veggies each day.

Personal Information:
My name is Sue and I live in Western NY - I have raised two wonderful young men My eldest 29 is married and my baby is 22 - Divorced since 2000 - and 2 years ago sold my beloved family home to begn apartment living on my own for the first time ever in my life.

I have gained weight gradually over the past 20 years - I was 145 pounds when I got married - but kids, job loss, broken bones and knee surgery - all took a toll on my body and my weight has more then doubled. I want to live a long life and be here to watch my childrens success and to have the freedom to LIVE...and not be in so much pain all the time.

Other Information:
I am proficient in all other walks of my life, its time for me to master this part - my health - I want to feel beautiful and strong again!
