I'm on the search for a sport or activity to keep me active and maybe even lose a few kilos. So far I am really enjoying the 5km walk/run program.

My Goals:
Goal: Lose 500g a week for 3 weeks and maintain on the 4th.

Complete the 5km walk/run program within 6 weeks.

To sign up to runs over the Summer period and run with my mum.

My Program:
 Wii EA Sports Active 30 Day Challenge: 4 days a week.

5km Run Program: 3 days a week.

    oh i so hope so...these boys have played their hearts out and deserve to go to the top. Sam for his young age has done a stupendous job as Captain---i laugh when i remember his dad telling me how he just got the twins a total gym for them as they had aspirations of playing in school. Its like a total dream!!!! So hard being here and having to stay up all night to watch but sooo worth it!!
