    I don't think it is will power that has gotten me to where I am. I have no will power. Just ask my sister Thoms1. Until you gain your will power just keep track of all your food and bev. that you intake. It may help to see what you are doing so you can make improvements. Also weigh and measure. I know what a pain! However, that may be one simple way to ease the calories. I continued for maybe 18 months before I was able to cut my steak down from 8-10 oz to 3-4 oz. Anyway when you are ready give me a shout out.

    Hi TBRN91! I have added you as a spark friend! I see you need some help! I will do what I can. I would suggest you put the track on your page with your weight. It may help you to see how you are doing both good or bad. I hope I am not giving you any negative feeling right now but honey you need to be SPARKED! I would like to see you join Team 300 lbs. Plus. It has been a "Godsend" for me. They are very active and especially understanding. They have seen me go from 325 lbs to 155. We know where you have been and where you want to be!
