Introduction Text Well, I'm back. I've been away for a while and of course gained all the weight I had lost, plus those pounds acquired some friends on the way..... The last couple of years have been trying medically, physically and emotionally. I feel drained, but I also know that this is it. I have to do something about getting rid of this weight and try to get healthier as unfortunately, I'm not getting any younger..... I'm doing it for me this time, thinking about my overall health. I would love to be around and have fun with the grandchildren if they ever come..... Hopefully, my son will cooperate on that respect in a few years (after he grows and matures himself, LOL). Luckily, all my "numbers" healthwise are excellent, good genes, I guess! Cholesterol, blood pressure, blood glucose and I want to keep them that way......

I will exercise more often and try to make better food choices, to become the healthiest that I can be.

I am walking as much as I can, using the stairs and my Wii Fit. I have cut down on my food intake, eating a larger variety of fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water. I give myself a "free" day once a month to eat as much as I want of whatever I want, but the next day I go back to eating healthy and watching everything I eat. It's great and I look forward to my "legal cheating day"!!!!

Love to read almost anything (except horror books) and loved all the Twilight books!!, love to cook and bake (of course!). Love to watch movies, again almost anything, except for horror movies. Favorite TV shows are: too many to list!!!!
