Congratulations on achieving goal weight. You've done a great job. I absolutely agree with you about eating your carbs early to fuel your day and eating your lean proteins and veges in the evening. That has worked well for me too. I actually find I don't really feel like carbs later in the day anyway :o) You are doing awesomely with your running, I look forward to when I can run as far.
