In it to win it!
I'm getting back on track after taking several months off. My weight goes up and down, but I seem to run out of steam after I hit maybe 15 lbs, and end up gaining it all back. I want to really put my mind to it this time and make lasting changes. I want to meet my goals! I want to go on vacation next summer and wear a bathing suit and feel good about myself. I want to be a Success Story!
