10 minutes a day can lead to amazing things
Sometimes we restart, and restart and restart and that's ok. We didn't gain the weight in one long steady gain and it's likely we won't lose it in one steady loss either. My top weight was 312. My tipping moment was when I sat in a stadium with my husband and realized that out of the 30,000 people there he and I would likely be the heaviest couple. Between the two of us we were almost 700 pounds. Now we hike, we run, we live life. There have been set backs and learning but that's all part ...

My Goals:
To not feel my stomach on my lap when I sit down. To not feel the need to wear a long sweater out in public to hide my weight gain, which we all know fools no one.
My Program:
Meal planning.
Focus on cooking with fresh herbs from the garden and veggies from the farmers markets. No more pre-packaged quick meals.
Adding exercise and being accountable for the good and the bad.

10 minutes a day lead to 5K races which lead to 10K races which lead to Spartan races, which lead to rock climbing which lead to wanting to always be able to do this.
