Update 12/22/20
I am back. we will see how it goes this time. I need motivation. I am motivated to finally get healthy. I have to busy boys. I am still walking half marathons. I just need to loose the weight.

Update 6-30-13
I'm back. Had a second little boy and herniated my back again. I am walking and trying to loose the weight I have gained from my pregnancies and from after meeting my husband. I am down 25 lbs since my heaviest last year. now I am motivated to loose the next 25lbs. my goal is to walk a full marathon in 0ct 14 which is exactly 10 years since I did my first full marathon. I need to get my eating in order.
Update 10-24-10
It's been a year. Last year at this time I was in physical therapy for a ruptured disc trying to avoid back surgery. I ended up having back surgery Dec 09. I struggled loosing the weight afterwards. I have struggled with my back for the last year, I gave up running and started to walk this summer. I have found joy in walking. Didn't think I would but I did. If you walk fast enough you do get a great work out. My back lets me know when I do too much.
My little Alex has grown so much. He now has curly red hair and can climb and walk/run any where. He gets into everything and is a joy.
We are trying to have number two. It has been a bumpy road with that. I need to get focused on eating right and getting back to exercising regularly. I know that will help. If you read my blog frim 10/23 you will know what a bumpy road it has been.
Today I have decided to focus on being healthy and not which race I am doing next. I just need to do it for me.
Update 6-20-09
I had my first childon Sunday June 14th. Everything went well. His name is Alex. He was born 3 weeks early. I was happy I only gained 20 lbs during the pregenancy. I am now starting my weight loss journey again. I needed to loose before I had him. now I am going to get real serious about my weight lost again. I weight myself today I am I 5 lbs above my pre-pregnancy weight.

I plan on getting back to running as soon as I can. I will start with walking first. I am also rejoining weight watchers again. That will start next saturday.
Hi. I ended up fitting in my wedding dress. I lost the inches just before the wedding in Sept. No alterations required. I did gain it all back after the wedding. Things have been really crazy and stressful for me since the wedding.

It's now the new year and I am movitated to loose the weight and be healthy. I want to regain my lifetime membership of WW. I have let it go for a year. Now I want it back. I had maintained my weight for over 3 years with them. Now I want to say I am a lifetime member.

I am planning on running 3 half marathons this year and one marathon. i need to get the weight down to do the marathon. I also want to to losse the weight so we can TTC next fall.
