Enter some information to describe yourself here. Veteran Air Force 12 years. 61 year old married. 5 ft 6 and 190. Plagued with knee pain, chronic back pain, arthritis, a herniated disc and two buldging discs. Cannot get out of plateau. I know my age, thyroid issues are affecting my metabolic rate. Plagued with knee pain, chronic back pain, arthritis, a herniated disc and two buldging discs. Cannot get out of plateau. I know my age, thyroid issues are affecting my metabolic rate. Been using a total gym for past two years with no weight change. Found Spark and am encouraged by the comments and progress of others. I think this I the boost I needed. The food tracker and fitness tracker are the tools I have been looking for to help with my journey. Have incorporated walking, an indoor exercise bike and resistance tubes which are nothing more than bunji cords. Cannot lift weights due to degenerated discs in lower back. Now seeing a little success.

My Program:
Walking in the morning, multiple 12 minute exercise bike rides throughout the day, 30 to 40 minute varried workout on total gym - cardio, abs, back & legs, arms, chest & shoulders and 10 minute workout with golds door gym resistance tubes.
