Hi! I am BACK ON SP, ON MY TREK to get and stay healthy! My goal is to lose about 66 pounds. I previously lost 40 with SP in 2006, but due to my vertigo/migraines and my Mom's cancer, I have gained it back, as of 8/29/11. I rejoined SP 10/7/14. So this is my Third SP Trek!! I love cats and Star Trek, hence "Trekpurrson"! I'd love to get some help from others, who have sleep apnea, bad knees, pre-diabetes. All can be resolved by weight loss! We can "trek back to good health"!

You gain strength and courage, and confidence by every experience
in which you stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself
