Hi, I'm a 58 year old lady who works long hours at her desk. In this, I developed a habit of snacking. Just began a new program of lifestyle change, and am thrilled with the results so far. Struggles include sugar cravings and pain when I exercise. Strengths are that I see this as a way to enjoy life more, and that I am embarking on this journey with a husband and some friends.
