My Goals:
Okay,,, am at 50 would like to take time now for myself to try and live happier and healthier.

short term goals for winter challenge

get 1000 fitness minutes for the week (Chris Powell here i come lol

get to onederland by xmas 2014 now lol



My Program:
 I have tried every diet on the market,, this is new and I like the idea of a community involvement. I have a hard time finishing anything I start whether thru boredom or frustration.


Personal Information:
Mom of 3 boys that are almost all on their own now. I love watching hockey and football and love to fish!!

1st grandson was born Oct 24th! I am beyond excited!!
