I am making a commitment to myself to better my healthy because I am tired of being out of shape and I deserve better! I have always been the self-conscious person, always wondering who was staring at me and why? How fat did I look in a certain outfit, etc. I am 41 years old and can honestly say I have never felt "beautiful". It's time for that to change! It's time to for me to take time for ME and become the person on the outside that I want to become! It's time for changes in my life; I want to be healthier and happier! I want to set an example for others around me that living a healthy and happy life can bring joy to you; along with inner peace. In my spare time I love photography, collecting cookbooks and recipes, and spending time at the barn! I even dabble in scrapbooking when I get the chance. I am 5'1 & hope to enter maintenance at 120 and maintain 115-125! Cardio 5-6 days a week, at least 30 - 60 minutes each session. As always still need to add some strength training and get better control of my eating.
