Introduction Text Skimming off the fat and rediscovering me.

I lost an initial 10%. Time to own it. So, now -- on to the next! This month my goal is to ride my stationary bike 100 miles in March alone! As of today I am at 100 miles for the year, so it means doubling this accomplishment.

I am counting calories and writing down everything that goes into me. Yes, even that bite of Monkey's (my son's) cookie. I have also begun wearing a pedometer and riding a recumbent bike.
