Trader Joe's and Whole Foods both make really good hummus. They make different flavors like garlic, lemon, red pepper, etc... try them all. they're all yummy.
It is a very versatile food. You can put it on your baked potato like sour cream. You can use it instead of may on your tuna. Put a dab on your salads.

You will love hummus ! Hummus is a Middle Eastern dish. What it is basically is chickpeas, olive oil, garlic and tahini sauce all smooshed together into a thick sauce/dip consistency. Tahini is a sauce made from seasame seeds.
You don't have to make it yourself. You can find it in tubs or containers at your local supermarket. You'll need to check the refrigerated food section. It is extremely good for you i.e. lots of heart healthy fats. It's yummy too.
Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby ? Trader Joe's and Whole Foods both have wonderful house brands of hummus as well as national brands like Cedars.
I love hummus ! I use it instead of mayo for my tuna. I put it on baked potatoes. I use it in salads. it's amazing.
