Hi! My name is Audrey! I am a 35 year old housewife and mother who has been struggling with being overweight (and obese) for over a decade. I used to be in great shape (115lbs and a dancer), but being in shape turned into being out of shape quite quickly after high school and ceasing the dance lessons that had kept me fit and trim all my life. Now that I am a mom I feel that regaining my previous healthy lifestyle needs to be a priority so that I can lead a long, happy, healthy life with my family. I've had a recent backslide which I am trying to stop in it's tracks. Plenty of things that are contributing to it, and I need to find the way to circumvent them. My "diet" is just sensible moderation. Cals in vs cals out. I track when I remember, which is pretty inconsistently right now. As for my exercise plan, it is also inconsistent now with COVID. While I have gym access, it's harder to sneak it in with the kids home from school.
