First step on a journey...
I have been struggling with my weight and body image for most of my life. I fluctuate pretty wildly every couple of years - pretty wildly meaning 15 - 20 pounds - which on a 5'3 frame is pretty significant. I want to focus on being healthy, eating foods that fuel my body, becoming stronger (both physically and mentally!), and having a positive self image.
I am starting my first challenge with SP soon - the Biggest Loser Challenge (BLC23). I think that it will be very helpful to ...

I am doing a mix of walking, running, calisthenics, and P90X workouts. I also like to do dance workouts, like belly dancing.
