Hi! Thanks for commenting on my blog! The 30 day shred has three levels - you do each for 10 days (or however you'd like to do it). Each daily session is 20 minutes long. She does 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength work (which you need a couple of light weights), and one minute of abs - this is repeated (with different kinds of exercise - for the 20 minutes. She has two people who exercise with her - one does a modified workout (i.e., low impact), and one does it at a higher level. There is a 30 minute shred group on SP, and they have it posted that you can track it under the other exercises - as circuit training. I think the 20 minutes burns around 130 calories. I'm sure around day 8 on each level, you might be ready for something different - but the exercises are challenging enough to make you stick with it!! 3580 days ago
