Fitness Minutes: 51,168

My Goals:
Long term: lose 15 lbs and be toned, toned, toned!
Short term: lose 1 to 2 lbs a week

My Program:
I work out with dvds at home and stream YouTube videos 3 to 4 days a week.

I eat pretty clean (limited white stuff, no artificial sweeteners or trans fats) 90% of the time and prefer to cook, rather than go out to eat.

Personal Information:
I'm happily married to my soulmate, Jim - for 32 years now. We live in the country and have 4 kids between us. 'Our' baby graduated from college 7 years ago and married 2 months later so we're empty-nesters and have adjusted really well to it. It's been quite different as we've had children around since the day we met ('his' and 'mine'). We have 7 beautiful grandchildren - a very unique concept than just having children.

- My latest adventure is being a Color Street Stylist
- I work part-time for 2 lawyer firms and also in our Church office
