I have almost been on this Journey for 2 years now I do not think I would have lsot 65 pounds without Sparkpeople and finally last Oct stepping out of my comfort Zone and joining Curves. I would still like to lose another 15 pounds or if that is not going to Happen continue on a Healthy lifstyle and see where that Takes me they Sky is the limit!
