Hello there. Thanks for passing a comment on my blog regarding the cholesterol. Exercising and watching what you eat witll do the trick. However, my eating habits have not changed that dramatically so I do lift up my hat to the exercise schedule that I have. I walk a lot and even joined in May, the '500 miles in 2009'. I have just a little more than 100 miles to go. I will surpass the 500 miles. Also, I do a lot of cardio and strength exercises at home. Please if you need help, just drop me a line. 4100 days ago
