    Thanks for the spark goodie - how did you know that I was thinking about swimming in one of those pools along the American River? Might need some flippers since I haven't been swimming in a very long time, not sure if I'll sink or float now that I've lost weight.

    How are you doing? Are you getting any cardio in? What about tracking your water & food? Doesn't matter what you eat, just track it.

    It is very hard for me to put those cheetos on my nutrition tracker, but I do. And everytime, I feel so guilty - the next time I reach for them at the store, sometimes, I leave them on the shelf. Woohoo me!

    Just holding yourself accountable, means you are conciously thinking about your choices - THIS IS A GOOD THING.

    Do you walk? I got a step tracker, it is so fun to see where I am at the end of the day - trudging along at 5,000 steps a day and then all of a sudden over 12,000 - Wow, what did I do to get that high, doesn't even seem like it. Yup, this too can be you. Smiles
