Introduction Text I am just getting started on living a healthy life style. I am hoping this forum will help. I want to have more energy to enjoy more activities, loose weight to look and feel better and have more confidence.

-Live a healthy lifestyle -Gain Energy -Get into a health weight range -Do more outdoor activities -Keep a GPA of 3.5 or higher while in college -Get up earlier to squeeze in my workouts -Make time for fun activities as well as work -Increase my self-confidence

Healthier Eating Habits Exercise 4 x a week Outdoors 1 -3 x a week Drink more water Sleep more Think positive daily

I live in Poughkeepsie, NY and am excited about being on the road to health.

I enjoy hiking, kayaking, reading, visiting museums, wine tastings, TV, education, history, meeting new people and spending time with friends and family.
