Introduction Text Hi everyone! I am 57, a born again christian lady, fully sold out to God! I have a handsome son aged 37. Having been obese since 1993 my weight was finally weighing me down. It was getting more and more difficult getting up to go to the bathroom. The 20 steps to my destination were beginning to get so painfull that I had to shuffle along with my left hand on my hip to steady myself. I have tried before to loose weight and even consulted a dietician for 1 year withour any succes and leaving her perplexed. Now at last God has heard my prayers and supplications and has led me to Cornwall and a fitness centre that offers a revolution weight loss program. So many testimonies of people in the town that have lost 50 to 180 lbs and have manged to keep it off even 4 years later! So I signed up end of july 2009. What a miracle!!!! After only one week on the program the swelling in my lower legs and feet had gone down so much that I could see my shin bone. My lower legs are no longer round and are starting to have some shape. Into my second week I manage to get up and go without suffling along. The stairs are less and less of a problem, my energy level has gone way up and I nearly walk with a spring in my step!!!! I am just so grateful to the Lord for having led me here and having provided the finances just when I needed it! My weight was 330 in sept 2006, and 315 when I started the program. It is just soooooo easy that I cannot get over it!!! Praise the Lord!!!!! 23/03/2013 my wight is now 271 and I have kept it off for the past 2 years. Now I am ready for the second stage having lost half of my goal already. Please feel free to write and share!

Well apart from losing weight.... I would like to deepen my relationship with God, be able to play tennis again and run without everything flapping about! hihihihi And yes, to be able to buy clothes off the peg without having to hunt everywhere and paying so much more!!

I saw a dietician for 1 year in 2005. She really helped me a lot but I never did really loose much even though I was eating correctly. But she did say that maybe I wan't eating enough. So now I find myself in a different environnement and suddenly I am loosing weight since I started this new weight loss program!
