    Hi Emily!
    To answer to your questions, my race is this sunday so on the 14st. I was in the running team when I was in high school but stopped after this. About 18 months ago, I started fast walk and added jogging and now here I am. I'll run my first 10K race this sunday.

    I don't really have any race-startegies, but what I do is that I start running a pace that I'm confortable for the 2-3 first minutes, then I found someone in front of me that I can follow, then I try to pass this person. I do it with another person, again and again. I also try between them to keep the same pace. That's what I do. I hope that can help you.

    Righ now I'm running 3 times a week around 5-7 K. I completed 10K distance only twice.
