Good reminder for today.
Preparing stuff for the fall biggest loser challenge. When I started doing blc's a few yrs ago, I was lighter. My weight has gone up over the yrs, not because the tools haven't been there, but because I haven't been utilizing them. So now on to a new challenge, putting my best foot forward. No one can do it for me.
Countdown to the fall biggest loser challenge. Making some plans to go forward and do this. I don't want to be perfect, just want to make progress.
