See this image largerToday is my day 8 of however long it takes.It's been an up and down week, but I'm trying. I was diagnosed a few months ago with lupus, though I am sure I've had it a while. I was already over weight and add the steroids to the mix, added even more pounds. My body aches, muscles and joints and the extra weight isn't helping. It may take some time but in order to feel better physically and mentally it's a journey I need to take. See this image largerToday I showed up. I haven't reached this calorie burn in a while, kept heart rate up and sweated a ton. Felt awesome. 15 min elliptical, 45 min circuit training and then a cool down.
