Checked the nutrition before ordering and made sure I had room in my daily totals. Ordered a flavor I love, ate it slowly and loved every bite. When I was halfway through, I realized I was satisfied, so I threw the rest out. It wasn't out of guilt; I just didn't want the rest. I have never done that in my life. After 6 donations, you will have lost more than a pound of weight! What a bonus for doing a good deed.Rainbow salad for dinner. Yummy!I think this is the closest I've ever gotten to the "ideal" calorie breakdown. Made some good choices today!
