It's official, I'm sick & tired of March Nor'easter Snowstorms !
Well friends I want to let you know I did Freihofer Run for Women 5k under 45 min ! It was 44:46 !
Had to take a walk around Starbucks so I could get more steps ! Social Dancing certainly helped today !
Managed to get one more 5K in! Jean Forti Run for Education. Sponsored by BKW school's PTA . I was #27 in group of 50, time 47:06, pace 15:10 m/mile & won prize for my age group !!!
Well, finally took the time to take a long walk with my pup Xena. It was hot & humid so we took it slow with a lot of water stops! Felt good that we covered over 3 miles ! She really enjoyed her dinner when we got back !
I was pleasantly happy that I didn't gain weight after being at the Altamont Fair every day for six days ! Tried to eat somewhat carefully and did lots of walking !
Celebrated my B-day by going for a hike! Our church had an outside service at 9am at #ThatcherStatePark's overlook. So since I was already there, took a walk to Visitor Center & then did Indian Ladder Trail. By time I got back it was a good 2 miles! Then had lunch !
Once again trying to get back into a routine. Slacked off for a while b/c of sore knee!
Hello everyone,haven't been on in a while.Busy "essential" working at Walmart,been helping son &his wife after he broke knee &she sprained ankle.Now Erica in hosp b/c of Crohns.Also FRFRW 5K training!
Hi friends,been busy working (at Walmart), virtual training for the virtual Freihofer Run For Women 5K for about 10 wks, will do it this wk.Also been losing wt, back down to 180lb, want to be in 170's
