Working from home today! Great start to the AM. Getting laundry done and work and im moving about!!!
It's Saturday and I am cleaning the house. Dancing in between all that.
Glad I got the tilling done yesterday. I woke up to this.
I kept wishing I would get up and do an a.m. workout for the past two weeks and I finally did it finally woke up and I had a a.m. workout and I feel great!

New shoes. New day. Slowly coming back after a bout of mild depression.

Vacation is so sweet relaxing and feeling like a rockstar.
Took some time to do a trail with the sis, mom, and doggie. 2 hours of being active while on vacation.
What do you do when your mom calls you fat? Geez I may have it but she didnt have to point it out. Gotta get to where I'm not called fat. Cant wait to get back from vacation and hit the ground running. Below pic is from a hike/climb on rocks!!!

Vacation is almost over yesterday 12 miles walked. Now heading back home today and tomorrow I'm take a break from walking I'll pick back up my running Thursday.

30 days to healthy living halfway through. Energy level is very high haven't had any coffee in two weeks. Second week I only lost 1 pound but that's one pound lost not games so I'm excited making that a total of 7.4 lost some inches picture shows that I'm changing my body so that's amazing halfway through and I can't wait to see what the other two weeks bring me.

So, I couldn't weigh on Wednesday but today I was able to, since last week, I have lost.....7.2 totally at 14.6 lbs gone!!!! Thank you 30 days to healthy living with Arbonne.
Went runinng with my baby sis who happens to be a unicorn as well. 2.2 miles without stopping.
Ran 3.14 miles this morning. Felt good. Sparkling from the Sweat, it even rained on me but didn't stop me.
1st day of half marathon training done. 3 miles✔
Day 2 of half marathon training successful 3 miles down again
Another three miles in the books. Tomorrow is my first rest day. Then Saturday I have to do 4 miles! #halfmarathontraining
Celebrate my independence by starting off with a 3 mile run!!! Started my 2nd week of Half Marathon training.
