I'm starving!!Quick & EARLY morning workout for me and Meems today!! Well, for us. We were there a little after 6am AND we are going back later! I love our new habits!This is what I get when I ask my crazy daughter to fix my whole grain/low fat eggos with a little bit of syrup! She is out of this world! ðŸ˜‹ðŸ˜„Ok....lettuce, spinach, red & green bell peppers and chicken! Today's lunch...same as yesterday.First time doing 30 minutes on the bike!!!!Broccoli & cheese soup... Probably not as good for me as I would hope but OH so delicious! ðŸ˜‹Just a small glimpse of what I did yesterday! Lowest # so far!! Late lunch.
