I didn’t mind my weight shrinking, but I used to be almost 5’9” and now I measure 5’7.5” in my bare feet. I guess that’s a reality of aging. Sigh. Making carrot soup. The last time I measured my body was in 2013. Too bad I missed this step when I was at my heaviest six months ago. Now I’m at my lightest. It was great seeing the ocean again. I saw a creative bird house on my walk yesterday.
