OK SO YESTURDAY I DID A 2 MILE WALK AT THE DOG PARK, 60 MINS. ( KEPT STOPPING CAUSE ASHLEY JUST HAD TO SNIFF HER FRIENDS!!)

AND A 30 MIN BIKE RIDE WITH THE KIDS

WAS A BEAUTIFUL DAY!! AND HUBBIE AND I GOT THE FENCE PUT BACK TOGETHER.
TODAY JUST DID A QUICKIE STRENGTH CIRCUIT WITH JUSTS MY BODY WEIGHT, AND NO STOPS IN BETWEEN. PLANNING ON WEIGHIN IN TONIGHT AT THE CENTER, AND DOING ANOTHER TAE BO WHILE KIDS PRACTICE BBALL.
