Ok so I did do the whole advanced tae bo tape. I think I need to stick with the basic a little longer!! Made it all the way thru though. Then I slept in, and walked another 2 miles at the dog park today. Food had been good except for little um well I was depressed, and the valentine's candy was on sale..... I only had one reeses heart, ....and 2 pieces of the chocolate truffles the kids had. lol
Almost think it was spring with the weather we've had the last few days!! Beautiful!!
