ok now for the moment of truth ater almost a week of being "bad" . gained 3 pounds!! ok now I am going to forget about it.

I have been busting my buttutie tring to ge my house clear enough for my mom to move in, and today I even walked at the dog park. Soo for today I get to count 4.5 hours of cardio!!
So here's the funny part. Mom only got a 10*10 storage unit, I didn't know it until I took overa load. So we rented a bigger one and walked all the boxes and totes to the new one. Piture being a contestant on the biggest Loser. your challenge is to empty one unit, by filling another unit and you gotta do it faster than the other team and still get them all stacked carefully!! That was me today!! Only it was cause we had to meet my FIL with the truck in 15 minutes!! I gotta say I can deliver on the physical stuff! I actually enjoyed it too, especially thinking about how it would make good tv lol
My house still looks like a cyclone ran thru it, but I can see the floor again!!
Tried to take a nice hot soak for all my efforts, and ound out daughter took most of the hot water, got a luke warm quickie bath. But Hey at least I'm clean lol
There's just something about giving a project your all and the pride that comes with that. Would be nice if hubbie would help more, but after 15 years, I know better. I do most and he helps with the big stuff. Now don't get me wrong I am not hubbie-bashing. He takes care of stuff I would rather not deal with so it's a trade I willing to make.

getting a perm tommorrow am early so I can get right back to work.
Just don't have time to fight with my run-away hair parts anymore.

    Good work on all the cardio you can track Cindy! I am guessing your broke a good sweat doing all that... I think there was a secret shooter at your storage units because I saw you all on YouTube! kathy
