Tried a new workout on comcast excercise tv last night.
Jillian Michals' 30 day shred, day 1. Oh boy, did something to my knee, probably by not doing something correctly. Form is so important when doing strength training....!!! This was a great workout though!! both cardio and strentgh in 30 minutes time, only needed hand weights. by working out both big and small muscles at the same time, intervalled cardio and strength I got a great workout in the fractio of time it would take me on my own at the gym!!
