DAY 1 OF SOS LIME CHALLENGE

YEAH SPRING HAS SPRUNG!! WE HAVE SUNSHINE.
goals for sos challenge:
1. lose 10 pounds or more
2. 8 cup water streak for the entire 8 weeks( per day)
3. cardio 3 days/week
4. strength 2 days/ week
5. stay in calorie range of 1200-1500 every day.
6. track everything
7. read all of my teammates' blogs
8. motivate my kids to be more active
9. daily " me" time
10. make time for daily devotions
these are my goals for this challenge's time frame. some if them are life goals, others are weight related.
today I used my 5 pound dumbells at work for my strength workout, and have tracked my food for the day.
EDIT TO ADD STAYED IN MY CALORIE RANGE 1506 TODAY, AND PRE-PLANNED FOR TOMMMORROW AND SATURDAY!!
