Being tired sucks. I must need to eat more. Am still fasting, but t he stuff I am eating is actually better for me than what I was eating. Maybe just need more sleep!! One of my hobbies-- sleep_ never seem to get enough. Part of it is that I don't get qualtiy sleep, every time I need to move, I wake up, and then it's potty time, over and over all night. Well this am, I got up, turned off the alarm, and started to go into the bathroom, then boom, I was on my butt and had hit the dresser so hard with my shoulder and head, it moved about 2 inches on carpet. Thankfully as long as I don;t shake my head, it doesn't hurt, or press on the lump.lol. I am thinking the chiropractor is in store within the next few days. It was weired, I've never fallen like that before, and I 'm not even sure of what happened. Scared the bejees out of hubbie. lol.

Any way I did read all the LIME blogs, just can't think of intelligent responses right now.

    I hope you are OK! Fasting can throw your whole chemistry off...

    I know what you mean about disrupted sleep....I have been trying to reduce the number of times that I get up to go to the bathroom, by limiting liquids by 8:00, which seems to help!

    i am doing a daniel fast it's day 22 of the 40 day fast. My whole church is doing it, to remove the bad things fomus and gain a closer walk with God. I am fasting from coffee, sweets, animal protein ( now eating eggs) and chemical additives. Trying to fast secular media, but sometimes that ol T.v get the better of me.lol

    Yeah, Cindy, why ARE you fasting? You can't just starve yourself. Are you doing a cleanse or something? It sounds as if you need more nutrition than you're giving yourself. I am thinking of you. The idea is to be healthier, remember? Don't go endangering yourself.

    emoticon Your aching body---OUCH ---bumping into the dresser. It sounds like you have major sleep deprivation going on and got a little disoriented....OUCH!! I think you need a decent night of sleep and soon. I get super clutzy when I'm tired. I feel for you!!! What is your fasting for?? Are you starting a new program?
