better today/ incredible/excercise

first off, feeling better, still gotta lump on my head, and will need the chiro, but I was sunshining to day!! so I did my "parking lot walk"
** the fast is from only certain foods, I do replace the lost animal protein with beans, and nuts, and soy powder in my smoothie, and I stopped being so strict with my grains. Getting in loads of fresh and frozen fruits and veggies. taking my daily vitamin. don't think I fell from that. I really don't have an answer to that , have been able to " hear' my blood gushing in my ears, so could be a BP thing, but the cold I just cam edown with could also casue that.
I had this all written, then the computer wouldn't let me post it. oh well what's a day late?
So I think my team mates are incredible. The Lime's started as a bunch of strangers, all as first time bl challengers. This is now season 2, and even with some new members, everyone is doing so great, and coming up with really great ideas. They're motivation inspires me. I am proud to be a co-lead of thei incredible team!!
EXCERCISE another part of our anagram challegne was to blog about excercise. This past weekend I took a nice long bike ride with my kids, and thouroughly enjoyed it. Takes me back to when I was in middle school and would ride to the library and back at least twice a week, ( about 15 miles one way) ((( I had a bit of a book addiction)))
Aside form the post workout soreness for people new to excercise, I would bet most would say they enjoy the feeling it gives us. The rush of energy, the feeling of being tired in a good way, the good night's sleep we get afterwards, not to mention being able to felx a muscle and have it be tight and hard, instead of floppy and wiggley..lol
