Feeling stressed....

So I am feeling a bit stressed, overwhelmed and guilty. My husband and I are moving this weekend and for the past week I have been soooooo busy packing that I have not found much time to workout other than my walking dates with my friend Issa. Normally we walk 2-3 times per week 5 miles each and then on my off days from walking I exercise at home. Well, just haven't been able to find the time to squeeze in those workouts at home like I should.
I am getting a bit of a workout considering all the cleaning, packing, lifting, moving ect, ect...... but I'm jonesin to get back on track with my regular routine. I just don't feel right without it anymore. (I think that's a good thing. I can't believe I'd ever say that I actually WANT TO workout, lol.)

My goal for June was to lose 4 pounds and so far I have only lost 1. YIKES!!

I know I shouldn't worry about it and that things will eventually get back on track but I can't help it, I am determined to lose this extra weight!!!

So anyhow, that's all for now. Just needed to type it out........

P.S. Moving stinks! It's a pain in the rear.

    Absolutely DON'T feel guilty! That will accomplish nothing, except to make you more stressed. Like everyone else said, you're doing a GREAT job, and it's natural that sometimes life interrupts our regular exercise routine. The fact that you're doing what you can is enough. I can relate, too, as this week has been very "off" for me due to my helping out at church, and I can't wait to get back to my regular workouts, too. We're also moving in August, and I'm dreading it. Hang in there, Polly! You'll make it through this!

    I think you are doing a great job! Moving is one of the most stressful things that we go through. The fact that you are still posting and making your walks is a great thing! Allow yourself this time and just think about how much you will appreciate being able to get back into your normal routine.

    I agree with Chrisjake. You'r e doing great as it is, and moving is stressful. That is good that you feel like you are wanting to work out, because when all is finished and done with moving, you should be able to easily get back into your normal routine, because you are motivated and want to. It is okay to have a little break while things are crazy. Just think, this should be over soon and life will be back to normal. emoticon

    Hey there!! Personally I don't think you should be so hard on yourself. Moving is a lot of exercise in itself!!! And you're still walking, just not as much. With all that moving, I would give yourself some time to relax for a bit. Moving is very stressful and very full of exercise so don't be so hard on yourself!! You're doing great and you should be proud!!!
