So I am feeling a bit stressed, overwhelmed and guilty. My husband and I are moving this weekend and for the past week I have been soooooo busy packing that I have not found much time to workout other than my walking dates with my friend Issa. Normally we walk 2-3 times per week 5 miles each and then on my off days from walking I exercise at home. Well, just haven't been able to find the time to squeeze in those workouts at home like I should.
I am getting a bit of a workout considering all the cleaning, packing, lifting, moving ect, ect...... but I'm jonesin to get back on track with my regular routine. I just don't feel right without it anymore. (I think that's a good thing. I can't believe I'd ever say that I actually WANT TO workout, lol.)
My goal for June was to lose 4 pounds and so far I have only lost 1. YIKES!!
I know I shouldn't worry about it and that things will eventually get back on track but I can't help it, I am determined to lose this extra weight!!!
So anyhow, that's all for now. Just needed to type it out........
P.S. Moving stinks! It's a pain in the rear.
