ok so today I begin my clear liquid diet. My menu includes apple juice, chicken broth, and water with propel flavoring added. oh how exciting! NOT. I'm already Got in all my "bad " foods yesturday because once my colonoscopy is over with I will be begining fresh, ( completely empty too) Unless the DR. gives me special restrictions I am going to try an follow/ stick with more natural foods. Least processed anyway. Eat the way God intended. That's my plan anyway. Lord knows I tend to change my plans a lot, but hoping this time will be the charm.

So all of you that can eat, enjoy it for me too!!

I hope it's going well, and you are staying well-distracted! Drinking a LOT does tend to curb hunger though, so it shouldn't be so bad! Nice plans ~ you can do it!

First off I wish you well with your colonoscopy. I don't envy that experience not much fun but gives such a great peace of mind. May your results show good health.
Second what a great Spark page it makes me smile, I am not computer literate enough for fancy things like that so I am in awe of your talent.
I also wish to thank you for all you have done with getting the teams organized for the Biggest Looser challenge. We managed to get a full team but had a member drop out yesterday. Unfortunately she did not choose to fit in. The Red team has lots of energy and I am so proud of each of them.
Well my friend I will wish you well and remember to smile while having your test it will make the staff think you are enjoying yourself.
    God Bless you
