Getting Back On Track In July!

Whew, the move is finally over and now my husband and I can stop stressing and slowly unpack everything. I was part of a challenge in June and my goal was to lose 4 pounds, well......I lost one and then with all the chaos during the month, I seriously fell off track and now my scale says I weigh 2 pounds more! YIKES!!! So I'm here now, my internet is finally up and running again and I am jumping back up on the wagon and am ready and focused on doing better this month.
I did not have internet for about a week and during that time I let myself go with eating junk and more junk. I did not have the Sparkpeople nutrition tracker and not being able to see those calorie numbers really aided in helping me to not care so much or hold myself accountable for what I was eating. I am so glad to be back because as long as I'm faithfully here everyday, I find it easier to not fall flat on my face.
My goal is to lose 5 pounds this month. Wish me luck :)
